Westward Ho! & Northam Burrows

Westward Ho! beach is just over two miles long at low water and has been awarded blue flag status for the last 15 years. Ideal for walks (with or without dogs) and water sports, including surfing and kitesurfing. More information available here

Northam Burrows Country Park is surrounded by spectacular coastal scenery and is part of the North Devon Coastal Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The park also lies within the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and is a Site of Special Scientific Interest that is home to many rare plants and animals.

Sandy Brown & The Burton

Sandy Brown is an internationally known artist who makes a wide range of ceramics from mugs to large sculptures and architecture and hosts a number of inhouse courses. Visit website here

The Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway

The multi-award winning and famous funicular opened in 1890 and is the UK’s only fully water powered railway and one of just three examples left in the World! The Cliff Railway connects the twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth providing stunning coastal views.
