Great rooms and facilities, breakfast superb and the evening meal that we had on the Saturday night was excellent.

Location was perfect & we really enjoyed our stay. Only stayed for the one night, so wish it was for longer. We had a stunning attic room which was very roomy & could quite easily cater for a family of 4.

Appledore is lovely. As for the Royal George, the rooms are great, the food in the restaurant is great and the staff are excellent. What more can I say. We’ll be back.

The service is superb. The food especially dinner is of a very high standard. Rooms are nicely decorated and very new. Location is convenient for exploring the area. Really enjoyed our stay here as a family + dog.
